Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Dyer previously was VP of Wireless for Warner Bros., where he oversaw the building of a global publishing and mobile marketing organization that currently spans over 50 countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Before Warner Bros, Dyer was GM of THQ Wireless where he built a global publishing business by launching mobile games based on licenses such as Major League Baseball, WWE Wrestling, Hello Kitty, Sponge Bob, and the Simpsons.

Tracy T. Jackson

Chief Financial Officer

Prior to Oasys, Ms. Jackson served as Senior Audit Manager in both Big 4 and other national accounting firms consulting with emerging-growth technology companies and publicly-held entities. Additionally, she served as Controller for a venture-backed technology company , Arsenal Digital Solutions Worldwide, Inc.

Tracy Livers

Vice President of Publishing

Mrs. Livers previously has held roles in a variety of large international and emerging-growth technology companies launching new partners and products. These partners included several large domestic carriers, specifically Bell South, AT&T, and Verizon.
